Strategic HR Planning

If your organization has 50 or more employees and a federal contract of AED 1,000,000 or more, there is a good chance that you have a written Affirmative Action Plan (AAP).  Further, your plan must be reviewed and updated annually.  The enforcement agencies for AAP compliance can visit your company for a pre-contract review, employee discrimination complaint or as part of a targeted industry sweep.
